The National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators, affiliate or related company reserves the right to change, add, delete, or otherwise modify content on the Site and these Policies periodically without prior notice.  Please read before using this site.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Should you ever need to make a change to an event registration, please e-mail your substitution or cancellation request to info@nagara.org. While substitutions are free, a 10% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations to NAGARA's Regional Forums and Annual Conference must be received in writing seven (7) calendar days in advance of the event date. Cancellations to NAGARA's Webinar Series Events must be received in writing three (3) calendar days in advance of the webinar. Please note there will be NO refunds granted after those dates.

IMAGE RELEASE:

Any person who attends the NAGARA Annual Conference or other official NAGARA event grants permission to NAGARA, its employees and agents (collectively “NAGARA”) to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written description, and without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NAGARA, including advertisements for NAGARA and its programs. 


MERCHANDISE: SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

NAGARA does not presently offer any branded merchandise or products for sale at this time. Should the association open an ongoing, online store in the future, shipping and return policies will be posted here to address procedures relative to shipping, handling, claims, and return period limits.
