- Finding a mentor/mentee
- Overcoming “imposter syndrome” to bring out the mentor in you
- Types of mentorships (mentor-student; mentor-intern; peer-peer)
- Mentorship topics
- Time commitments
- What to do if you mentorship stalls or falls flat
NAGARA members love their profession, and this session is a way to encourage members to spread the word about Archives and RIM to students, interns, and entry-level professionals so they can discover what seasoned professionals already know – Archives and RIM are amazing and fulfilling professions!
