Overview: Public awareness is vital to the operation of government archives. This webinar presentation provides an overview of what resources are available within local government and the broader community that may assist in engaging the public with the archives.
Typical archival exhibits can be enhanced by using these resources to assist in building a stronger support base for programs or services.
This webinar also presents examples of using these resources--what to do and what to avoid--to generate public awareness of archives programs and services.
