Overview: Capturing web-based content is increasingly essential for Archives, both to meet records retention mandates, and reflect in-person and online communities, topics or domains. Knowledge of web archiving, including the terminology, processes, tools, and workflows, are an increasingly important skill for records managers and librarians. This webinar will include an overview of web archiving, and two case studies highlighting how different institutions have developed web archiving workflows, one from a state government, and one from a county government. All skill levels are welcome.

Duration: 45-60 minutes
