Overview: In 2018 a small records & archives center was thrust into a new light when it moved into a new, centrally-located facility. The department had to develop and maintain new connections, prove its worth, and make sure that it was ready for its time in the spotlight. This webinar will provide concrete examples of how the Licking County Records Center & Archives has successfully (and sometimes less successfully) advocated for its facility by connecting with constituents: large and small, internal and external.
