How to Make a Reservation:

To make a reservation, guests may either call Central Reservations at 1-800-362-2779 and refer to the group code "91G", OR book online through NAGARA's Custom Overflow Group Reservation Link.

Hotel Nightly Room Rates:

All room rates quoted are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, fees and assessments, currently 16.9% and a $5.00 state fee per room, per night, are subject to change without notice.

 The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this overflow room block is Tuesday, June 25, 2024, or while rooms in the block are available, whichever comes first. Reservation requests received after 4:00PM local Hotel time on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rates.

 Hotel check-in time is 4:00PM; check-out time is 12:00PM.

One (1) night's room and tax is due at booking. A $55 per night incidental hold will also be authorized/charged at check in (this may not be waived and is a requirement at check in).

 Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi will be provided.

 Hotel check-in time is 4:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. All guests arriving before 4:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
