So, where do you start? Which of your materials and collections need to be digitized and on what timeline? What steps does your team already have the technology and expertise to manage? Where could partnering with an outside agency or service provider streamline your process and help you produce more digital content? 

This presentation will explore creating a digital imaging workflow that may include: 
• Inventory, assessment, and selection 
• Camera-ready material preparation
• Digital image capture
• Image processing
• OCR and other metadata extraction
• File upload for digital collection building

This session will provide participants with insights into preparing materials and building digital collections at scale, leveraging your team's strengths, and collaborating with outside partners like Backstage to populate your digital archives more quickly.
