Dave Greenspan is the Special Projects Coordinator/Manager for Lorain County, Ohio. Greenspan is a graduate of Troy University in Alabama, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Dave is a small business owner and CEO of Green Elk Consulting Services. He holds leadership positions with Atlanta Olympic Broadcasting, Turner Media Consultants, and the PGA TOUR Radio Network.

Todd Sharkey is the IT Director for Lorain County, Ohio. Over the last 2 years, Todd and his team have been working on numerous projects to modernize the IT infrastructure for the Lorain County Commissioners. This includes a redesign of the network infrastructure, both wired and wireless, migrating multiple internal domains to Microsoft 365, implementing modern cybersecurity initiatives, and consolidating numerous servers to a VMware platform and storage array.

Todd has 25+ years of experience in IT, covering a wide range of experience across networking, application development, web development, database development, database and software, migrations, marketing, and leadership. Before joining Lorain County, he was the Director of IT for The Chapel in Akron, Ohio (a large nondenominational church with seven campuses.) In the '90s, Todd was the Information Systems Analyst for the City of Akron’s Engineering Bureau
